About

Built for the rooms most programs never enter.

Level Up Program LLC makes and delivers a life skills program for young people ages 11 to 19, including the settings that are hardest to reach and easiest to write off.

Why Level Up exists

The skills that decide most of it are the ones nobody teaches.

Some young people learn all of this at home. Plenty don’t, and nothing in a school timetable is built to close that difference.

Level Up exists to teach these skills deliberately instead of leaving them to be picked up by accident. It runs as a structured program, with the same group, over weeks rather than in a single sitting. It is written for any group of young people ages 11 to 19 who will sit in the room, including the rooms most programs never enter.

Our stance

What we believe about young people

This is not a detail of tone. It changes what happens in the room.

They are not broken

Young people arrive with potential already in hand. The program adds tools, not a diagnosis.

They can handle the truth

Level Up talks to young people directly, about real things, without softening the material into something meaningless. Students consistently say the honesty is the part that landed.

A setting is not a verdict

Being in ISS, on a DAEP campus or on probation describes where a young person is, not who they are or where they finish. The curriculum does not change based on the room.

Practice beats advice

Being told to communicate better changes nothing. Practising a hard conversation out loud, badly, a few times, changes something. The program is built around doing rather than hearing.

Privacy is not negotiable

We work with minors, often in confidential settings. No participant names, no student photographs, no exceptions for marketing.

Don’t oversell it

We promise a well-built program delivered properly, and nothing beyond that. The rest belongs to the young people.

The approach

What makes it different

Not just a program. It’s a launchpad for life.

Three things separate Level Up from the assembly-and-poster version of youth work: it is structured (ten or more sessions, a defined curriculum, the same group each week), it is participatory (workshops, role plays, projects and scenarios rather than a talk), and it is designed: the workbook was made to look like something a teenager would voluntarily pick up.
